E-Stitex 3D Breast Imaging and Simulator

Facial ULTRALift
Facial ULTRALift is a new non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedure that was developed by Dr. Ringler for those individuals who want beautiful, natural results without a surgical facelift. The first step of the ULTRALift uses advanced techniques in Ultherapy, the ultrasonic technology that lifts and tightens the skin of the face, neck, and brow. It is a 1-2 hour treatment that uses your body’s own regenerative response to gently and gradually restore memory to the skin and underlying tissue. Ultherapy actually helps your skin begin to reproduce collagen. Dr. Ringler is the first board-certified plastic surgeon in Michigan to offer Ultherapy, and he has advanced training in techniques with the procedure.
Dr. Ringler will devise a personalized plan based on your specific needs and goals for facial rejuvenation. CoolSculpting™ by Zeltiq
CoolSculpting is a new, FDA approved, non-surgical procedure that serves as an alternative to liposuction for those individuals who have only a small amount of fat that resists diet and exercise. This safe and effective procedure is done in our office by positioning the CoolSculpt device on the desired treatment area for approximately 1-2 hours, and the fat cells are then targeted and frozen through a process called Cryolipolyis™. The procedure is completely non-invasive and offers no downtime. Individuals may immediately return to work or even intense exercise. CoolSculpting is best for men and women who are close to their ideal body weight but may want to rid themselves of “muffin-top” or “love-handles” without surgery. Dr. Ringler is the first board certified plastic surgeon in Michigan to be able to offer Zeltiq to his patients as an alternative to liposuction.
Body-Jet™ (water-assisted liposuction)
Body-Jet is a minimally invasive form of liposuction that uses gentle pulsating streams of water to dislodge fat cells while simultaneously removing them through a small cannula. Body-jet is an outpatient procedure that is typically performed under local anesthesia. Body-Jet is gentler and provides less swelling than traditional liposuction and offers minimal downtime. Additionally, since the fat cells that are removed are not damaged in the process, they may be used as an all natural filler for the face, hands or buttocks.
Ultherapy™
Ultherapy™ is a new ultrasound treatment, recently approved by the FDA, for counteracting the effects of time and gravity on your facial skin. It is a 1-2 hour treatment that uses your body’s own regenerative response to gently and gradually restore memory to the skin and underlying tissue. Ultherapy actually helps your skin begin to reproduce collagen.

It is an in-office procedure requiring less than an hour that selectively stimulates the body’s own collagen response for a subtle, natural result.
