It is with a mix of emotions that I share the news of my retirement from my surgical practice, effective December 31, 2026.
After 43 years of practicing plastic surgery, the time has come for me to step away from the operating room. Reflecting on four decades of work, I am struck most by the incredible relationships I’ve built with all of you. Being trusted by so many people to provide surgical care has been the greatest privilege of my professional life.
I have been incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an outstanding office team. From the administrative and reception staff, to my daughter Lauren, and our entire clinical team, every individual has been vital in providing exceptional care to our patients. Not only have they maintained the highest standards of service, but they have also made my time at the office a true pleasure. I am immensely proud of this team and will always carry a deep appreciation for the support they’ve shown me throughout my career.
I also want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude to the many colleagues, nurses, and staff members I have worked alongside in surgery over the years. The high level of care we provided was only possible because of the dedication, skill, and compassion of this team. It has been an honor to share this journey with such talented professionals.
While I am retiring from surgery, I am not saying goodbye just yet. I am pleased to share that I will be staying involved in non-surgical aesthetics and regenerative medicine at our current office, serving as the Medical Director.
In this next chapter, I look forward to spending more quality time with my family and traveling the world. I also plan to continue my work as a medical volunteer with Operation Smile. None of this would have been possible without the incredible, unwavering support of my wife, Andrea, who has been by my side for 47 years.

I leave the operating room with a full heart, knowing that I have spent my life doing work that I love. Thank you for making these past 43 years so deeply rewarding.
